Acceptance

By installing or using Morsy or Watch Morse ("the apps"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the apps.

License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

Subscriptions

• Premium plans renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time from your phone's Subscriptions screen (Apple ID or Google Account).
• Refunds follow the App Store / Play Store standard policy. We don't issue manual refunds outside platform rules.
• Free trials end at the published duration; after that the regular price is charged unless you cancel.

Acceptable use

• No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated abuse.
• No attempt to inflate leaderboard rankings, manipulate stats, or impersonate other users.
• Nicknames must not contain hateful, sexual, or impersonating content. We can remove reserved names without notice.

Disclaimer

The apps are provided "as is". We do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the apps is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We can update these Terms. Material changes will appear in the app's release notes or be emailed to subscribers when reasonable. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
